Day Ten: 10 Minute Sunset

Hi!

Today is another tired day for me. My 12 hour Saturday shift turned into a 13 1/2 hour one, so I stopped and got pizza on my way home and sat my supplies out while I ate. As I ate I thought about what to paint and as I thought about what to paint a child’s toy began eerily singing from somewhere in my kitchen. My child is almost 13 years old, so I do not own any children’s toys that sing.

It was at this moment that I stopped thinking, grabbed an 8″×10″ canvas, and painted a sunset over a lake as fast as I could. It took me about 10 minutes, and I can still hear the creepy toy from my bed where I now lay.

Enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by!
